On December 7, negotiators from some 190 nations will convene in Copenhagen to build the framework for a new climate treaty.

Fabrinet announced today that it has filed a registration statement with
the Securities and Exchange Commission for a proposed initial public
offering of its ordinary shares.
The offering will include ordinary
shares sold by Fabrinet and by certain of its shareholders.
The number
of ordinary shares to be offered and the price range for the offering
have not yet been determined.

British water regulators are set to confirm price cuts next week, cheering consumers but ignoring pleas from companies who may need to cut dividends and raise hundreds of millions of pounds from shareholders as a result.

NEW YORK (AP) — The following is a list of initial public offerings that priced or were postponed during the week of Nov. 16-20.
Archipelago Learning Inc. (Nasdaq: ARCL), a Dallas-based provider of subscription-based online education services for students K-12, priced 6.3 million shares at $16.50 each on Nov. 19.
The price was near the high end of the $15 to $17 filing range.
